Habitat Canada / Northern Affiliates: Key Issues and Proposed Engagement Process
Graphic recording was conducted during 4 online sessions over a two weeks periods. The conversations involved staff and volunteers from Habitat Canada, all involved with projects ran by the Northern Affiliates. The conversations were facilitated by Jennifer England, from Spark Coaching & Consulting.
Project format: All sessions were held online, through Zoom. For the first session, graphic recording was done traditionally on a paper wall pinned to the wall. Participants could see and follow the graphic recording live as the meeting unfolded. For the following sessions, a digital method was selected. Graphic recording was done on iPad, and the screen was shared with participants upon request from the facilitator. In addition to the graphic recording, a visual summary was requested to summarize immediate and long term actions.
